United Bracelets Refund Policy

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (if you are a consumer) and other relevant laws.
If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period for which a remedy may be available can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalised items are made especially for you, therefore no returns or refunds can be accepted due to a change of mind or inscription. If United Bracelets has made an error in the inscription or design then we will replace the item for you.
Any correction or cancellation of you order must be requested within 24 hours. After this period of time, any correction will require an additional 40% fee and any cancellation will result in a 40% restocking fee.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item was a gift from someone else, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective or damaged then we will cover any associated shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
